2016 Sun Tusque Rosé

Inspired by Provence, we believe rosé should be a pale salmon in color with resounding clarity. Aromas should be fresh, soft, and elegant and invoke  a warm summer's evening sitting in the garden next to a row of blooming jasmine. That sensation of summer should follow through with your first sip and a sensation of refreshment should be your initial thought when the wine is swallowed. Our rosé does that.

Tart strawberry, jasmine, orange zest aromas are an invitation for what is to come on the palate. Flavors of bright, tart strawberry, grapefruit, and a hint of orange are refreshing and lingering in the mouth. Great natural acidity provides a crisp and clean finish. A perfect pairing with fresh seafood, the vegetables of summer, or simply savored with a bowl of cured olives.  Regular Retail: $22
